’16 Spring – Community Service Project
As a Flyer we understand the importance of community service…
- it develops a sense of social responsibility
- it assists with character and citizenship skills
- it exposes teens to diversity and multiculturalism
- it builds relationships and social contentedness with peers, adults & activists
- it improves communication and critical thinking skills
- it assists with college applications.
This weekend young men from our 12u, 14u & 16u, as well as their parents, came out to volunteer at the Community Storehouse. This non-profit organization helps children & families in the Keller area with food, clothing, and educational support. Check out some pics from the day, along with a video prepared by Coach Millett.
